Morning In Maine

Morning In Maine is the newest addition to the windjammer fleet. She is a coastal ketch designed by the famous Pete Culler. She was launched in So. Dartmouth, Ma in 1970 at the Concordia Yacht Co. Built of the finest oak frames and Atlantic cedar planks she has been meticulously maintained by one Captain and owner. She was built to be a traditional sailing vessel with modern conveniences and electronics. Her overall length is 55 ft., 12 ft beam and 17 tons dead weight with an easily-handled, marconi rig. She is now serving the passengers of Rockland under her second owner Captain Bob Pratt. Morning In Maine offers day sails, overnights, and special charters from the Rockland city pier.
